Boise Fry Co foodgasm
On the left - yam fries with cinnamon ginger salt and warm marshmallow sauce. On the right - The Bourgeoise - hand cut Russets flash fried in duck fat and dressed with black truffle oil. (Best. Fries. Ever.) And on the far right - as a side of course - the delicious (but pretty much unneccessary) bison burger :-)
